Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to PeachBot websites, dashboards, public profile pages, blog tools, AI-enabled services, research materials, digital health workflows, agriculture tools, environmental systems, and related content. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Use & Compliance statement, Medical & Health Disclaimer, and Biosafety & Research Compliance notice.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the services only for lawful purposes. Admin-approved author or user accounts may receive internal profile tools and public-facing profile pages. You are responsible for content posted through your account and for any activity performed under your credentials.
2. Permitted Use
PeachBot services may be used for education, research, analysis, collaboration, content publishing, operational workflows, and responsible innovation. Use must comply with applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction, including India, Singapore, the UAE, EU/EEA, and any local sector rules that apply to your activity.
3. Prohibited Use
- Using the services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, exploitative, unsafe, or abusive activity.
- Bypassing medical, biosafety, ethics, environmental, cybersecurity, institutional, or regulatory oversight.
- Uploading data you do not have the right to process, including health, student, child, biological, genetic, confidential, or third-party data without required authority.
- Using PeachBot outputs as autonomous final decisions, emergency warnings, medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, public safety orders, or laboratory execution instructions.
- Attempting to compromise systems, scrape restricted data, disrupt service, evade controls, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse AI safety filters.
4. Medical and Health Limits
PeachBot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency triage, or clinical decision-making. Health-related features must be used under qualified professional supervision and must comply with medical, telemedicine, privacy, medical device, software-as-medical-device, and professional requirements. 5. Biosafety and Research Limits
PeachBot Bio is in-silico only. It does not authorize or provide wet-lab protocols, biological synthesis, organism engineering, field release, clinical experimentation, or bypassing of institutional or regulatory controls. See our Biosafety & Research Compliance notice for more detail.
6. AI Outputs and Human Oversight
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, stale, or unsuitable for your context. You must independently verify outputs before relying on them. PeachBot may apply safety controls, logging, moderation, rate limits, and human review to protect users and systems.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant us to host, process, display, secure, moderate, back up, and provide the services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted content. PeachBot owns or licenses the website, software, designs, trademarks, models, documentation, and platform materials, except for your content and third-party materials.
8. Public Content, Blogs and Profiles
Approved blog posts, profile pages, author information, images, biographies, and public content may be visible on the website. You must not publish unlawful, infringing, confidential, misleading, defamatory, unsafe, medical-prescriptive, or restricted research content. We may edit, hide, remove, or refuse public content where needed for safety, quality, legal, editorial, or operational reasons.
9. Privacy, Security and Compliance
Your use must comply with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including India DPDP, Singapore PDPA, UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, and sector rules where relevant. You must maintain appropriate security, consent, access control, retention, and incident response processes for data you provide or process through the services.
10. Third-Party Services
The services may include links, embeds, APIs, hosting, email, analytics, maps, images, payment, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. PeachBot is not responsible for third-party availability, content, data practices, or errors.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PeachBot does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, regulatory approval, ISO certification, clinical suitability, agricultural yield, environmental accuracy, research success, or fitness for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeachBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, clinical, research, agricultural, environmental, or regulatory damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict features, or refuse service where we believe there is a legal, security, safety, operational, policy, or misuse risk. You may stop using the services at any time.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, medical, employment, public law, or regulatory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
15. Updates and Contact
